These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and batgee ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of batgee's website, games, betting services, and all associated products. 3.1 batgee is required to verify the identity of its Users as a condition of operating lawfully. 3.3 batgee reserves the right to suspend or close an Account and withhold Funds pending completion of KYC where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or irregular activity.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batgee login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 batgee will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purportedly from batgee requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to batgee's support team immediately.

6.3 Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or dispute, batgee's settlement decisions are final.
6.4 Live casino games are governed by the rules of the applicable studio provider (e.g., Evolution, Pragmatic Live, Ezugi). Where there is a conflict between studio rules and batgee's published rules, batgee's rules shall prevail.
6.5 batgee may impose maximum bet limits, stake restrictions, or payout caps at any time without prior notice where necessary to manage risk or comply with applicable regulations.
7.1 Bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by batgee are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. These terms set out wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus Funds.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batgee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of Funds due to technical malfunction, network failure, or third-party payment provider error.
10.2 batgee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of Funds held in your Account at the time of the relevant event.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits batgee's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own negligence or wilful misconduct.

12.2 Upon closure of your Account by either party, any verified remaining Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, net of any amounts owed to batgee, within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to batgee's operating jurisdiction. Users access batgee voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws.
13.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of batgee shall first be submitted to batgee's customer support team for resolution. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body or arbitration mechanism specified by batgee from time to time.
