5KYC & Identity Data

5.1 batgee is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawal requests. Identity documents (CNIC, passport) submitted to batgee are used exclusively for identity verification, age confirmation, and regulatory compliance purposes.

5.2 KYC documents are stored securely using encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised compliance personnel only. Documents are not shared with third parties except where required by law or by our regulated KYC service providers.
